"One of The Best Pediatrician's in Long Island"
Dear Dr. Ashourzadeh,
We just want to thank you for being so good with our daughter and helping her arrival! All your dedication and support when she was in the hospital meant so much to us. We’re so happy to have such a wonderful, sincere Dr. like you!
Love,
Kira Grace, Christine & Joe P.
Dear Dr. Ashourzadeh & Staff,
I just wanted to thank you for helping my son in his emergency. We have never experienced an anaphylaxic reaction and hopefully will never have to again. As I mentioned to you before, even though Greg is now 20, he can’t see himself ever using another doctor. Keep up the great work, and thank you again.
Debbie & Greg C.
Dear Dr. Ashourzadeh,
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for the wonderful care you have given our precious children, Daniella and Nicholas. In the short time they have been your patients, you have helped them through minor ear infections and coughs. However, you also completely changed Nicholas Life! You have been the only doctor who sat down with Nicholas’s entire medical information and sorted it all out. You then sat down with us and told us your opinion of what Nicholas problems were. But, you did not stop there, you asked for our input and opinions together, we formed a plan for Nicholas transition to solid foods and changes to his diet and medication. As you know, Nicholas is doing so well now, and the minor health issues he has are easy to handle. Thank you for being a caring patient doctor who truly loves his patients and allows their parents to feel like your partner in their health care. We are forever grateful to you and your staff of outstanding employees. We look forward to continuing to work together for our children,
Sincerely,
Jerry and Laura R.
Dear Dr. Ashourzadeh and wonderful staff
I am writing this request with great hesitated and procrastination. Due to the insurance change, we are forced to find a new pediatrician {definitely not better} we changed from HIP-Vytra Smart Start. We changed in February. Luckily the kids haven’t been sick. I haven’t decided what doctors I am switching to. I make it a rule not to take my kids where I work. Therefore, I would like their records sent to me. Bridget needs a sport physical by Sept. Bridget and Joseph is not very happy about changing doctors. Joey especially he has found trust in Dr. A’s throat cultures. Thank you all for your excellent care. If and when we change insurance will be back.
Thanks for all your help,
Tricia F.
I am proud to say that the Herschmann kids have been going to Caring Pediatrics for over 6 years now. When our first daughter Samantha was born in 2003, we started bringing her to a different Doctor’s office in Levittown. She was getting adequate care there, but my wife and I just never felt right during our visits. Something was missing. The breaking point came when Sam was about a year old, and my wife asked the Doctor how he thought she was progressing (height, weight, intelligence, etc….). The answer we got was this; “She’s just an average Joe”. And so ended the relationship with that Doctor, and began our search for a new one.
Six and a half years later and we couldn’t be more delighted that our search ended with Dr. A, and the wonderful team he has assembled at Caring Pediatrics. We have added two more kids (Anna 5 years old, and Max 6 months old), and the level of care, concern, and passion has never changed. The office has watched as my children have sabotaged the lollipop bowl, they’ve managed to band together and not only catch my oldest daughter from running out of the building, but keep her calm long enough to administer her a necessary vaccine, and they’ve tolerated incessant questioning from me with my constant phone calls. And they’ve done it all with a smile.
The Herschmann kids love Caring Pediatrics, but the best part about it is that we know that the feeling is mutual.

After 3 years of Infertility, we were finally blessed with a healthy pregnancy. Not only were there infertility problems but we were both Cystic Fibrosis carriers. Looking for a pediatrician became such and important part of our pregnancy. When we first met Dr. A. I came with a notebook full of questions. He said” well I have never been INTERVIEWED so this is a first. He knew the answer to all the crazy questions so we were sure we had found our Doctor, besides the fact that my Sister-in Law had drilled him before and if he was up to her standards, This was one spectacular doctor. At 36 weeks I went into labor. C-section. YES!! At the time Dr. Lisa came in and checked out my beautiful baby girl. Dr. A. would be our releasing doctor. He came in the room and explained everything. I was very happy with his observations as there was a tiny minor issue. 1 Month after she was home we get a phone call saying that she tested positive for CF and had to be tested at Schneiders. I was hysterical. I called this man 3 times and each time he got on the phone and spoke to me. Turns out my daughter is fine. Thank you god. So it says we should be honest in our statement so here goes. I must admit that I was not fond of Dr. A. for a while. I think he thought I was too neurotic. I am in that office as soon as my Daughter sneezes so I can understand. Bit of a drama queen. I would go when he wasn’t there but I never left cause I knew what a phenomenal pediatrician he is. As time passed I think he finally got me. Now I love him. Which is pretty amazing since I don’t like many people. LOL. By the time we leave we are laughing and I am breathing a little easier. I never worry about my daughters care and I am 100% comfortable with the medical attention he gives my child. He is not alarming and tells it like it is. The staff.. Oh the staff.. What can I say? Ok, so maybe the choices in staff at some point made me wonder if Dr. A. was self medicating at the time of hiring, but eventually he got it right. Dee Dee, Jenn,Nancy & Steph( the best needle giver ever.) These women are a big part of the offices success. I call (constantly) they hear the horror in my voice and I am told bring her right in. From the fall down the steps, off the slide, and the million bug bite swellings my dramatic entrance is always greeted with a smile. They GET me. They don’t judge, and after the visit we are followed by a few minutes of comedy at my expense. There is a reason why god blessed me with such a Wonderful, Dramatic, Funny, beautiful little Girl, and why he sent me to a doctor who can laugh at the ridiculous questions and how every situation I walk in with is a traumatic world ending event. Thank you Dr. A. and staff for your excellent medical care and a few psychiatry sessions for mommy!!! You guys are the best…..

I just wanted to say a Heartfelt Thank You to your 2 Wonderful Doctors, Dr A. and Dr. Lisa and Entire Staff. 2009/2010 was such a wonderful year for me but also such a hard year as well. My Daughter Emily was born October 29, 2009 and she has been a patient there since. Your staff and Doctors were always so accommodating and so thoughtful and kind to our Daughter and all of our questions. Anytime I had a "parenting" question I would call you office and the staff made me feel at such ease. Then this past January my life forever changed through a medical condition, which my Husband began to suffer from. He had suffered 3 Grand Mal Seizures in a row and ever since then I have been given the role as a New Mom And "Caretaker" of our new Family. It has been such a hard year for us but anytime I needed to come in for my Daughters well check or had to change an appointment I was able to. In September when I came in and I saw Dr. A I had told him about what is going on with my Life and he was just so concerned. He really made me feel better by just simply asking me "How are you doing"? I said as best as I can. He then later said if there is anything at all we can do please don't hesitate to ask. He was just so kind to listen to me and really wanting to know how I am doing emotionally. This year has just been so difficult but if it wasn't for Emily, I don't know how we would be. Being married 3 year, buying a house after 2 years, and then having a baby girl last year, we were living like a fairytale. I highly recommend this Facility to ALL of my friends who are about to become new parents.
Thank You

Why do we love Caring Pediatrics?
We love Caring Pediatrics because from the moment you enter into their care, you feel like your child is of the utmost importance.
When we welcomed our first child four weeks premature back in January of this year, we were terrified. The hospital experience was a bit scary...as it is for many new parents! When it came time to pick a pediatrician, we were referred to Dr. Ashourzadeh and Caring Pediatrics by our obstetrician. He said, "Trust me. This is the guy you want! He's the best. And he's a love!" And from the moment we spoke with Dr. A, we immediately knew he was right and we were in good hands.
When we arrived at our first appointment in the office with our 1-week old son, it was clear that Caring Pediatrics was going to be a great experience for our child throughout his life. As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by a warm and friendly staff. If you’re lucky enough, you might even be greeted by a fancy British accent and suddenly forget that you are taking your child to the doctor, and not embarking on a first-class trip with Virgin Atlantic Airways.
It’s not long sitting in the waiting room before you begin to notice the beautiful hand-painted murals that grace the walls of the entire office. In fact, every examination room is floor-to-ceiling inspired by themes including prehistoric times (yes, dinosaurs!), outer space, the jungle and safari, and our favorite, Eric Carle's, The Hungry Caterpillar. My wife and I were moved to learn that the artwork was painted by a former patient. We both thought, "Dr. A must really love and care for his patients because it is so clearly reflected in the artwork. The murals are painted with so much love!" But the painted murals aren’t the only impressive artwork to be found at Caring Pediatrics. What wall real estate isn’t covered by original paintings is decorated with numerous smiling faces of families and patients, present and past. These smiles represent the pride of parents who know they have found the best primary care for their child. And contrary to what you might think, the shiny happy atmosphere is not an attempt to cover up the fact that it is, after all, still a doctor’s office; several interpretations by little hands depicting a little bit of hypodermic revenge for all those shots also proudly adorn the hall.
As if the gracious staff and loving atmosphere weren’t enough to keep you coming back, one of the biggest reasons we love Caring Pediatrics is because they host annual contests like the one we’re writing for right now! We’re excited to start reading this year’s contest entries, which will all undoubtedly gush about the greatest pediatric place on earth. I mean, heck, where else can you bring your sick kid and possibly win cash at the same time?!? It’s like Vegas and The Red Cross combined into one awesome place! :)
But all kidding aside, we love you, Caring Pediatrics, because you don’t need to read all of the certificates on the wall (of which there are many) to see why you are qualified to care for our little loved ones. There is no better staff or place we would trust with our child’s well-being! You know the moment you enter their care that each and every health professional at Caring Pediatrics is knowledgeable and truly loves what they do. And when you add love to any recipe, you get extraordinary results!

A friendly smile; a loving touch; a cheerful “aye yai yai” will greet you when you go to Caring Pediatrics; and nothing will mean more to you when your child is sick. What does Caring Pediatrics mean to us – it means caring, understanding and love. We first took our son there when he was 10 days old – he is now 10 years old. Our son has come a long way in those 10 years and we are grateful for all that the staff and doctors there have done for us. Dr. A taught us how to be parents to a child with life threatening food allergies, asthma and a Chiari 1 malformation and make it seamless, routine and normal for all of us. He taught our son not to sweat it and always move ahead knowing it could be worse. Now our boy, who was once below target weight and muscle tone, is thriving and there is nothing like the look on Dr. A’s face when James walks in there because he, like us, know just how far we have come. And while this is hard to put in words, that look of love and caring is what Caring Pediatrics means to us.

What? Our pediatrician is moving to Texas? We are referred to Dr Ash...? What?! The kids finally stopped crying every time we pulled up to the office of the pediatrician! The boys just got used to this guy and his crazy staff! Now what?!
So off we go to visit with our new pediatrician, my little one in tears, my other two silent with fear. We wait for the new doctor with trepidation. In comes this lively, friendly, funny, warm, people-person they call Dr. A. The kids and I were never so at ease! What the heck were we worried about!!
Every time the kids were sick, they would cry, "we want Dr. A." It was like wanting to see a friend, a coach or a favorite teacher. Here they felt terrible and all they wanted was Dr. A. We would visit Dr. A. with smiles and when we were done all things in the universe were aligned once again. They rave about Dr. A. like he was their favorite uncle and never again was the pediatrician a place of fear and dread. The pediatrician's office was a place where my three boys could ask questions, find out about important facts about growing up and a place that made them feel better!

There are many reasons we love Caring Pediatrics Associates. Outside of all the professionalism and compassion they have shown us every time we walk through those office doors, the care they continue to show us far exceed any expectations we had prior to ever meeting with anyone from the group.
Months ago, my wife and I had received devastating news about the health of our son who was only a few months old at the time. Dr. Ashourzadeh and his group assured us repeatedly that our son will be okay. They began to coordinate the care of my son and referred us to other doctors in Cohen Children's Medical Center.
Together, Caring Pediatrics along with the other doctors at Cohen's continue to look over our family. We are glad to announce that our son is doing great and we have Dr. Ashourzadeh and his group to thank for it. Our son will need continued care but we look forward in seeing their familiar faces for years to come.

Caring Pediatrics is our third pediatrician’s office. I met Dr. “A” in
December 2007 when our second son Aidan was born. I saved his card because
I was very comfortable with him. We already were using pediatricians in
Bellmore but I never forgot about the nice doctor at LIJ Plainview. Fast
forward about nine months and I came across an article in a local paper
featuring Caring Pediatrics as being one of the country’s top pediatricians.
I am a firm believer in fate and that what is meant to be will be. I had
saved that business card and knew I had to make the switch to Dr. A. I owed
it to my children to have the best possible doctor out there. Our journey
that led us there was a few years in the making but destined to happen for
all the right reasons.
Our oldest son, Jason was born prematurely at 33 weeks gestation in
September 2005. I was about to start interviewing pediatricians when I
unexpectedly contracted a fever and delivered Jason the next day. As a
courtesy, my doctor referred us to the pediatricians that the hospital used.
Needless to say, we were overwhelmed and unprepared in every way, and as a
result, did not have time to look any further to compare doctors. Jason was
hospitalized for eight days following his birth, and every aspect of those
first few months was difficult. We were new parents, and in addition
parents of a premature infant who had digestive issues. When Jason was a
year old, I was in the frame of mind to leave that practice, simply because
one of the doctors was so loud and abrasive with me and my baby to the point
that I left there for the last time with his ear bleeding from the
examination. I truly wonder how certain doctors can have a license to
practice medicine. That is how horrible my experience with this practice
was.
Our second pediatrician’s office was the exact opposite of the first. They
were a large practice with courteous, professional doctors who treated us
with respect. We had our second child while at this practice and all was
going smoothly enough there. It wasn’t until after our son Aidan was a few
months old that I became unhappy with their factory like atmosphere as well
as being called the wrong name and being asked incorrect milestone questions
about my son’s development by the doctor. None of this was pushing me to
look elsewhere; after all, nothing could be worse than that Levittown
office. But the impersonal atmosphere started to wear on me, as well as
feeling like I was rolling the dice every time I went there (not being sure
which doctor we would see, as well as if we would see a doctor at all).
Since day one, I have been completely happy with Caring Pediatrics. They
are the epitome of what a pediatrician’s office should be. From everyone in
their front office, to the nurses and doctors, their professionalism is
second to none. Even their call service is excellent, and thankfully I
haven’t had to use it too often. I remember thinking about the article and
how it described the pictures on the walls from all their patients. When I
saw the office in person, it truly amazed me that the theme of the office
was described not by the décor of the office, but by the many families who
are a part of their practice. This is something that can be shown by the
care that these pictures were placed on the walls.
That perhaps exemplifies Caring Pediatrics and their commitment to every one
of those children and young adults. Their excellence isn’t limited to just
having accessible, knowledgeable doctors, or an efficiently run office which
almost always is punctual (imagine that!). It is the whole embodiment of a
pediatrician’s office who is committed to the highest standards of care that
they can give. Every day, Caring Pediatrics lives up to their name. Just
ask any one of those parents who are in the waiting room and chances are,
there is a picture to go along with their story.
Thank you for your consideration and please contact me with any questions.
Sincerely, Jackie Chung
What I like about Dr.A’s…
Here are a few of the million reasons why I love going to Dr. A’s …
When I need to go I never have to wait long periods.
Usually when I go to other Doctors I’m scared but when I go to Doctor A I haven’t any fear.
All of the staff are as nice as can be.
All of the staff are so gentle like the time one of the nurses did a strep test and I didn’t feel it!
Going there I know that they are going to take great care of me!
All I know is that Doctor A is the best person I know to take care of me!

What I love most about Dr A. and Caring Pediatrics is that no question is too stupid (even though I feel it might be). They are great with answering questions, getting you squeezed in for an appointment, staying on schedule, listening to my "new Mommy" paranoia, and just being friendly and caring. Dr. A's newsletters are informative and I look forward to reading them and getting some new insight. My daughter (21 months) has not yet been afraid of going to the office (maybe once) and has been a champ through most of her vaccinations. As a matter of fact she is learning her animals and when we walk up to the front door that has a lion on it she looks at me and says "ROAR" and smiles very proudly. I wouldn't trade this wonderful group of caring professionals for anything.
Fondly,

200 Words or less, that’s really hard
When you’re writing about the best!
Nicole is the elder of my two.
Earaches and fevers to name a few,
Were some of her illnesses but never the flu?
Ear drops, Tylenol and the Prevnar shot,
Is what you gave her, “It won’t hurt a lot”.
Then there was the bump on the roof of her mouth,
You had no idea what that was about.
An x-ray, an MRI, nothing was wrong,
You said “She’ll grow up nice and strong”.
Years went by, she was doing fine,
Until December of 2009.
No eating, not drinking, nauseas all the time,
She lost lots of weight, she was down to 59.
Blood work, needles and tons of worries,
You helped us out, never in a hurry.
And there were other issues along the way,
Oh you know I’d rather not say.
GiAnna is the younger one of mine,
Do you remember I called all the time?
RSV, breathing treatment and bronchitis
Off to the ER was your advice to us.
Schneider’s Children’s Hospital for a week,
You came twice even though the snow was deep.
You said “She’ll grow out of it without a doubt,
Years have passed no asthma to speak about.
The doctors, nurses and the staff,
Always say something to make you laugh.
Caring Pediatrics in Levittown,
Is the best office all around.
Thank you all so very much,
For the wonderful care you’ve given to us.

There are many things that I like about Caring Pediatrics Associates. I am so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I experience when I take my kids there. Everyone knows who I am when I enter the door and always ask about my daughter Gina which leads me to the main reason why I like Caring Pediatrics so much....
In May of 2009, I took Gina for a 2nd opinion to see Dr. "A" because she was tired and lethargic. After being seen a few times in April by the previous pediatrician with no known issues, we were concerned because there were times where Gina was fine and other times when she did not move off the couch. As I thought she was getting out of her terrible two's early, I was unaware that she in fact had Leukemia. Thanks to Dr. "A" seeing her, I was advised to take her to the ER immediately so that blood work could be done. She was immediately diagnosed and thank God is now in remission and still in treatment and is responding well.. Many thanks to Caring Pediatric Associates...

Dear Caring Pediatrics Staff,
I am very happy to share my thoughts on the wonderful care you provide for my family.
My daughter, Sofia, was born last February, and my husband and I were very concerned with selecting the very best pediatric group for her, as are all parents. When my daughter was born, Dr. A was wonderful to come to the hospital regularly to check on Sofia's jaundice. He took the time to explain her condition and treatment options to me, as this was all new to me as a first-time mother. His constant updates and check-ups for Sofia demonstrated that he genuinely cared about her condition, which made me feel like I made the right selection for my daughter.
When I began to bring Sofia in for her monthly visits, we met Dr. Lisa. She immediately wanted to get to know my daughter and made her feel welcome and safe. I always feel confident that she gives Sofia the best care possible, especially when Sofia is sick.
Of course, the staff at the office are wonderful as well. We are always greeted with warm smiles from the nurses and technicians. They are always very friendly and professional, willing to answer questions and accommodate emergency visits and last-minute appointment changes.
I certainly feel Caring Pediatrics deserves the title of "The Best" in Long Island. I strongly recommend them to any parents who are looking for the top-quality medical care, personalized attention and a warm, friendly environment for their children.
Sincerely,
Celica Villegas-King
My kids have been going to Dr. A and now Dr. Lisa for over 16 years. My daughter now 24years old went to Dr. A till she was 21. She stop going once she graduated New York University. My son Christopher just had his last visit at 21. He stop going too since he just graduated Adeliphi University. I also have a 4-year-old son Michael. He will continue to go till he’s 21. I was a resident of Levittown for 20 years.
Even though I’ve moved to Ardsley NY. I still make the 1 to 1 1/2 hour trip to take Michael to the Caring Pediatrics, some people think I’m crazy for traveling such a distance but I know that when arrive I will be taken care of with a kind and caring physician. Also the staff is very accommodating. They always have the forms ready for me on time and are ready to answer any questions I may have.
Throughout the years they have been a pleasure to deal with. I wish all parents had the luck I had to find Dr. A and Dr. Lisa. They are both wonderful and easy to talk to. Dr. A even went to the hospital to see me and my son Michael when he was born. It’s not every doctor that takes the time to see someone in the hospital. This meant a lot to me. Dr. A is like a friend. I like him very much.
Although we have only been patients only a year, we feel like we’ve have been a patient forever.
After years being with a pediatrician that never seemed to have hours when I needed one, especially when our son has CF. I finally made the switch, thanks to Denise. And it was the best decision I made for my son. Dr. A and the staff always find time for Sean when he is sick. Last winter we were in the office all the time, one week we were there daily. Dr. A makes son feel important, knows his condition, and makes the best decisions for him and his condition. He listens to our concerns and addresses them so we understand. We enjoy searching the walls for familiar faces, and the rooms are painted differently, which can make a scary time for enjoyable. The staff is always friendly, and now that we need referrals, they always take care of them, even if I need an emergency one without blinking an eye.
The day we walked into Dr. A's office, we felt like we were home. I am only sorry I didn't find him many years earlier so my daughter could have experienced what it is like to have a Pediatrician that cares. Sean could have used him years earlier too. We are fans for life, and a patient until you kick us out because he grew to old. Thank you Denise, for telling me about your boss, and thank you Dr. A for being such a caring man.

Caring Pediatrics was recommended to me in 1997. I was a mother of three children, and expecting our fourth child. At the time our pediatrician had relocated, and her new practice did not except our insurance. She recommended Caring Pediatrics. My fears were flying since our third child, Gerard, was already diagnosed with Autism three years prior. Dr. "A", quickly relieved me of those fears, along with his staff. From my first visit I knew God had sent me the physicians and staff that would not only accommodate my children's needs, but my needs also. Our fourth child Joseph was also diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a disorder within the Autistic spectrum. Gerard was always behavioral with frequent tantrums and outbursts. Yet a trip to the pediatrician's office did not induce anxiety or despair. Instead my children received care from pediatrician's that were not only excellent diagnosticians, but great listeners. Since Gerard has limited receptive language, often I am his voice. The voice that these outstanding physicians have heard and listened to for many years. The same voice who had to relay symptoms that Gerard manifested, but was unable to verbalize to his doctor's. It is Dr. "A" and his staff that trusted me as Gerard's voice. Being a mother of two children with disabilities, the weight of that cross has been lessened by doctor's and staff who are compassionate and sympathetic to not only my children but to me. Our oldest daughter Christine, age 28, a former patient, along with our son Eddie age 20, is still being cared by Caring Pediatrics. In a world that seldom praises and often is critical and cynical, I come to give thanks and praise for all the wonderful, compassionate and professional care that our family has received through Caring Pediatrics.

My name is Christine & Joe Paraszczuk, our Daughter is Kira Grace. She is 4 1/2
Kira has been coming to Dr A since she was born. Prior to her being born Dr A
was beyond supportive, knowledgeable and caring about her needs. Our Daughter
came to us from Korea, she is beyond our biggest blessing and through the
process we sat with Dr A. 100 times to go over paper work, Kira's arrival and
what she would need during her visits.
At 4 months old She had a seizure and was hospitalized Dr A called me
immediately. I called him at 2 am and he was there to listen and help. He came to the hospital immediately when i had told him some issues and things I was upset about and certain test we didn't want done to our baby, He was there in a blink! I am so appreciative of his sincerity & intelligent nature.
Truthfully the most amazing Doctor, and Staff. They know who I am when I call
without even needing a last name. They are all wonderful. Excellent, patient and
sincere!
When we can’t see Dr A, we see Dr Lisa or another covering Dr, and they are all
great with their patients and us.
I couldn't be happier with Caring Pediatrics. I have attached a picture of
Kira outside the office heading for a well visit!
She has been growing with Caring Pediatrics and will continue to grow with
them. Thank you for all you do!
My children are Justin 15, Jeramy 10. We have been pts for 15 years. We had just moved to Hicksville and our Dr. was away and Dr. A was the covering physician and guess what we never went back. We have walked into this office in pjs, socks, barefoot, clean, dirty. On raining, snowing or sunny days. In every season and every holiday. Whether is a physical or a sick visit they have always treated us kindly and respectfully. At times when the boys were little I spent so much time here I wanted to get paid for coming in with sick kids. We have gone through so many changes, staff, insurances, paintings and the walls went from one picture to thousands of them. I think he is trying to save money on paint... The service is still the same warm, kind and helpful. My boys love Dr. A and his famous words, HI HANDSOME, and at physicals, HOW IS MR. ROGERS?. My boys still get a kick out of that... When We meet Dr. A he was single, and now he has his own family, wife, kids and a build house that took forever and gave him all kinds of headaches. Oh and lets not forget when We meet him the belly was not there, it grow from happiness...I as a MOM, value his friendship and advise on raising a teenage boy and his Physician knowledge is a great plus. I have always left his office certain that he has made the correct diagnosis on my children's health. I Have always highly recommend this office to friends and will continue to do so..
Keep on growing in health and business, congrats Dr. A in 15+ years.

He is not only a doctor, I call him friend! When my children are sick,
he helps them mend. He not only takes care of my three, he also takes good care of me. When I need to talk, he says to my kids “go for a w...alk.”
Many years ago we met, t...hat’s a day that I will never forget! My first child was not even born; with Dr. A. I knew I couldn’t go wrong. A few years later I’m pregnant with twins, my journey with sickness will soon begin. RSV is the first thing they get; off to the hospital I try not to fret. The Croup just seems to come and go sleepless nights are all that I know.
I now thank God that they are no longer small, Dr. A. has helped me to get through it all! Fast forward now a couple of years a vacation at Woodloch brings me to tears! Timothy just broke his arm, Dr. A. tells me to “try to stay calm.” The day before we leave for Lake George Craig breaks his wrist. Of course I’m concerned but then I get pissed. It broke when he got hit with a ball…..what comes next? Dr. A. gets a call.
Thomas gets hurt on a Hershey Park ride; it’s off to first aid and ice is applied. They tell me to go to the Emergency Room the kids don’t want to leave they want to ride the flume! Another call to Dr. A….. “don’t worry Pamela, it will all be o.k.” I am looking forward to the day when I can say “my kids are grown they have moved away!” That won’t be for quite some time…….my adventures with Dr. A. are here to stay!

We have been going to Dr. A. since 1994. After 4 children and 16 years, we have faced many health issues. Most of them were minor, but some were very serious. Dr. A. and his team have always provided us with outstanding medical care and treatment. As a parent, I always had peace of mind knowing that my children were in competent hands and that the right diagnosis and treatment were being made.
Ten years ago my family moved to a town 20 minutes away. We still continued to drive the extra distance to receive all of our medical care by the Caring Pediatrics team because we trust them implicitly. Dr. A always has an upbeat attitude and exhibits extreme kindness and patience in answering all of my questions and in making the children feel comfortable. We truly feel at home and like we are part of the "Caring Pediatric Family", whenever we are there.
Caring Pediatrics is and always will be our "home" for medical care and advice.
Fondly,
The Roesch and Scheinblum Family
Dr. A. has truly been there for my son and myself in more ways than one it first started out with Jaundice in the hosp. and he couldn't leave until his Bilirubin was much better numbers. He told me no lights just keep feeding and feeding and feeding formula and it worked. Patrick got stronger and stronger and his jaundice got much better we left and made it home.
Patrick then started to develop a lot of pimples didn't really know what was happening this is like months later brought him in and he helped me to understand that this was eczema!!!!!!!! PJ turned out to be a special needs child with some gross motor issues and others developed from needing so much Physical Therapy Dr. A then directed me to a decent Neurologist who has been following him ever since.
PJ also had a ton of gas issues and weird movements so I went to a gastro. But, that was frustrating with a guy who doesn't have the best bedside manner so I confronted Dr. A. and he listened I told him how I didn't ever want to go back to this Dr. so he said let's try probiotics I am not promising anything but, it may help the movements get a bit regular well he was right and also PJ has been potty trained since the end of the summer he just now needs to verbally express to me that he has to go.
I get a lot of comfort in knowing that they have my sons best interests at heart and know what they are doing and Dr.Lisa if you are reading this your awesome too whenever Dr. A. isn't available. You are always up to bat in helping me and truly listening to what questions I have and easing any frustrations or fears I have about what is going on with my son.
Thank you all for your wonderful care, concern and help in loving my son enough to make sure he is a healthy happy individual child. You as a team are terrific keep up the good work.
P.S. Oh Yeah not to mention the on off constant ear infections my son has had and his kind temperament in making sure that everything will be okay. It is so true you always do seem to leave the office with a smile on your face. :-)
